浅析我国太阳能光热发电产业发展趋势

随着空气质量、环境污染等问题日益严重,传统能源正遭受越来越频繁的质疑,各种新能源从诞生之日起就备受期待。太阳能光热发电是新能源利用的一个重要方向。本文从政策、产业链、示范项目等方面,分析了我国太阳能光热发电产业发展现状;并从政策环境、光热发电技术、技术经济性等方面,探讨了制约我国太阳能光热发电产业链发展的因素。     

Making It Fit: Reshaping Library Services and Spaces for Today's Students

University course assignments increasingly focus on group work and group projects to help students collaboratively discover more about their fields of study. The Thomas G. Carpenter Library realized the need to investigate means for reimagining itself to better accommodate today's researchers. The complex process of planning for the redesign of both services and space undertaken by the library is described and explained in this first of a planned series of articles.     

A Strategy for the Management,Preservation, and Reutilization of Geographical Information Based on the Lifecycle of Geospatial Data: An Assessment and a Proposal Based on Experiences from Spain and Europe

In recent years, there has been a growing recognition of the fact that the proper management of information has to include concern for its preservation and future re-use. This ambition is particularly significant for geospatial data. The primary aim of this article is to define the European and Spanish frameworks for the preservation and reutilization of geographical information, with the ultimate goal of proposing an articulated, lifecycle-based data management model. With this, the intent is to shed some light on a complex, difficult and ever-evolving subject.

The article is divided into two main parts. The first part begins with a conceptual justification for geospatial data management and continues by synthesizing the current normative and technological framework for the preservation and reutilization of geographical information. Within this context, the implementation of Spatial Data Infrastructures (SDI) in Spain is evaluated. The second part begins with a case study from Spain that aims to identify different agents and flows that influence the lifecycle of geographical data, as well as the strengths and weaknesses found in each stage of the process under examination. Finally, the foregoing ideas are used in order to propose a SDI-related system for the management of geographical information.     

公共卫生事件中的风险感知和风险传播模型研究——兼论疫情严重程度的调节作用

本文以新型冠状病毒肺炎健康危机为例,运用量化研究的方法,研究公众的风险感知、风险传播行为的特点,以及疫情严重程度对上述二者关系的调节作用。研究发现:(1)风险信息、疫情严重程度主要通过风险感知对公众的风险传播行为起作用,风险感知是该模型中多个因素对传播行为发挥作用的重要中介变量;(2)疫情严重程度对公众的风险感知和传播行为的调节作用部分被证实:疫情严重程度不同地域的公众对风险感知和参与风险传播的行为存在显著差异,且主要存在于疫情较严重和疫情最严重地域的公众之间。     

唐代秘书省图书出版职能研究

唐代秘书省作为中央图籍机构,在前雕版印刷时代承担起部分国家出版职能,主要表现在图书发行、图书复制、出版管理等方面,本文通过梳理秘书省的出版史实,分析唐代国家出版管理观念的主要内容,以唐宋之际出版职能的转移、丰富、提升为落脚点,对比分析唐代秘书省出版职能的历史局限性。     

澳大利亚国家图书馆展览政策研究

[目的/意义]国内图书馆对展览政策的研究较少，而国外图书馆在相关领域有比较成熟的做法。研究国外图书馆展览政策有助于促进国内图书馆展览工作的开展。[方法/过程]通过对澳大利亚国家图书馆展览政策与展品租借政策文本的梳理与研究，探索其有益做法对我国图书馆的启示。[结果/结论]我国图书馆应从4方面完善展览工作：①重视展览工作的组织建设；②重视对展览原则的研究；③结合国家文物保护政策制定展品借出政策；④结合我国实际制定展品借入政策。     

永安抗战进步文化活动中共产党员群体研究

永安抗战进步文化活动是中国共产党领导抗日救亡运动的重要组成部分，一批共产党人在其中发挥了先锋模范作用。研究共产党员群体在永安进步文化活动中所起的作用，对揭示抗日战争胜利的原因有着重要意义。本文拟以国立福建音乐专科学校为例，对此课题进行探讨。     

Articles vs. proceedings papers: Do they differ in research relevance and impact? A case study in the Library and Information Science field

In 2008, the type of document “proceedings paper” (PP) was assigned in the WoS database to journal articles which were initially presented at a conference and later adapted for publication in a journal. Since the use of two different labels (“article” and “proceedings paper”) might lead to infer differences in their relevance and/or quality, this paper presents a comparative study of standard journal articles and PP in journals to explore potential differences between them. The study focuses on the Library and Information Science field in the Web of Science database and covers the 1990–2008 period. PP approximately account for 9% of the total number of articles in this field, two-thirds of which are published in monographic issues devoted to conferences, which tend to be concentrated in specific journals. Proceedings papers emerge as an heterogeneous set comprising PP in ordinary issues, similar to standard articles in structure and impact of research; and PP in monographic issues, which seem to be less comprehensive and tend to receive less citations. Faster publication of PP in monographic than in ordinary issues may conceal differences in the review process undergone by either type of paper. The main implications of these results for authors, bibliometricians, journal editors and research evaluators are pointed out.
